In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina's devastation, Madison Square Garden helped play host to, "From The Big Apple To The Big Easy: New York City's concerts for the Gulf Coast."

With concerts at both The Garden and Radio City Music Hall, more than $8 million was raised to benefit long-term relief efforts. The star-studded lineups included Elton John, Jimmy Buffet, Dave Matthews, Simon & Garfunkel, The Neville Brothers, Bette Midler, Lenny Kravitz, and Elvis Costello.
